First and foremost, I listen to my clients. I listen to what they need and want in a home. I am always willing to preview homes for working clients with a busy schedule to see whether a home could be a good fit for them. Showing homes is so much fun and I want my clients to think so too. I like to show around 5-6 homes at a time so it's not overwhelming and we can take our time. I have a very good track record of writing strong offers and getting my clients under contract on the home they want, even in this competitive market. I'm good at negotiating through inspection and appraisal, because I always establish good rapport with the listing agent and all others involved in the home-buying process. It's so much fun to see my clients move into a home they love.
